Llys Rhosyr

This amazing building is a collaboration between CF Projects and the National History Museum of Wales – St Fagan’s, where it can be seen in all its glory at this free to entry National Museum near Cardiff.  It is designed from the archeological evidence found in Anglesey of a Royal Palace of the early medieval Welsh king Llewellyn Fawr. CF Projects brought together a core team to carry out the initial framing and a large team, including volunteers from the CF membership and staff from the museum, erected it onto the stone walls. We included a range of demonstrations at the museum for visitors to engage with.
